A. THE JOYAMO’S MARKET: DESCRIPTION
Souk is the Joyamo’s market!!!
It’s a place where people can sell and buy objects using their token.
Souk is a private virtual place where real money is not allowed and the marketed goods are limited.
Here you an use your token as virtual money and buy several king of books: phone recharges, booking flights, etc…it’s completely free!
B. CONDITIONS REQUIRED
If you’re willing to enter you have to:
- be registered on joyamo
- be an adult (+18 yo)
- fill in all the anagrafic section (name, full address and, if you participate in auctions for refills telephone number and mobile operator)
- accept, in every single part, this regulation
now you can have access to the free bids as a vendor / buyer.
C. KIND OF BIDS
There are 2 different kind of bids available:
c.1 classic bid
following the Ebay way of functions.
Check the current prize and place your offer (at least 1 token upper the current one). You can visualize the user with the higher offer on the top-left part of the panel.
c.2 reverse bid
reverse bid functions are similar to Youbid.
Check the current prize and place your offer: as a reverse bid the winner is the lower price! You can visualize the user with the lower offer on the top-left part of the panel. In case 2 user will place the same price, you will visualize the one with the lowest unique price.
N.B. it’s possible to place a maximum of 10 offer.
D. GUIDELINES -BUYER
d.1 How to partecipate on the bids
You can learn how to participate on the bids by clicking on the “free bids”, placed on the header
N.B. it’s mandatory to have the whole requirements of the B part.
Once you’re in, you will visualize all the bids on going.
Each record contains an object and you can click in to place your offer in the dedicated bar
N.B. do not insert any point, they will be considered as a decimal point (if you wish to offer 30 thousands token let’s write 30000, w/out any point)
On the top-left part of the panel you will see the:
- user’s nickname
- starting offer (based to the vendor’s wishing)
- deadline (in terms of day and hour)
- offer ticket (the fixed price, in token, you have to pay every new offer)
- current price offered (with the relative user’s nickname)
d.2 what does it happen after having done an offer.
Any time you place an offer, relative tokens are precautionary hold back until your price has came over. Besides every single offer has a fixed “fee” (in terms of Token), which is not given back.
Offers cannot being deleted so keep attention both when you digit the price and when you see the current price.
In case your offer is the winning one, you’ll be informed by mail
d.3 what does it happen after being awarded the prize
In case you’re the winner, you’re also supposed to get in touch with the vendor and arrange for the shipment before the 15th day from the bid’s deadline; afterword the vendor is not anymore bound on the shipment.
In case, after 3days from the first contact, the winner cannot get in touch with the vendor, send us an email on info@joyamo.it: we’ll try to contact the vendor and, whether he’s not available / doesn’t want to ship the good anymore, we’ll give you back your token.
Usually shipment costs are paid from the buyer, exept with the joyamo’s team publications and when it’s written the contrary.
In case the winner doesn’t want to receive anymore the object he can:
- advise the vendor
- pass the 15 days
in both case token will not be given back
N.B. please do not delete mail from vendors/buyers in case of protest
E. GUIDELINES - VENDOR
e.1 How to insert a bid
You can insert a bid, going on “Free bid” and click on “insert a bid”, placed on the footer of the souk section. A new window will open and:
1. insert the title
2. upload an image of the object
3. describe the object
4. select a deadline of your bid
5. select the fixed fee amount of token (those will not be credit on your account)
6. choose the minimum starting offer
7. choose the reverse bid, whether you wish to use this kind of bid (in this case you will not earn token)
N.B. any mistake while compiling the bid can be edited within 2hours from the publishing, sending us an email on info@joyamo.com
e.2 What does it happen after selling goods?
The vendor is supposed to get in touch with the buyer, whenever he will contact him by mail.
After 3days from the contact, Joyamo will send a warning mail to the vendor and, after 3more days token will take away and the user will be sanctioned, following the E.4 point
In case the buyer will not get in touch with the vendor within 15days from the deadline, the vendor is not anymore bound on the shipment.
N.B. please do not delete mail from vendors/buyers in case of protest
e.3 Forbidden bids
Is strictly forbidden to insert:
- bids regarding goods of someone else’s property
- offensive description
- ask for goods in exchange of token
- ask for token
- ask for friendship
- ask token for children’s pictures
- announce regarding link
- deceptive announce
all this kind of bids will be removed and the user will be sanctioned, following the E.4 point
E.4 Sanctions
Not respect the E.2 and E.3 point will cause:
- a 100.000 token of penalty on the first wrongness
- the user’s removing account on the second wrongness
F. SOUK CONDITIONS
Art1. Souk section is a place where all users has the same interest in Skillgames and they meet each other with the only aim to share goods
Art2. souk entrance is restricted to who’s already registered on joyamo.com (and agree on its terms&conditions)
Art.3 Souk users participate on a private virtual club
Art.4 Souk doesn’t follow a profit purpose. Everything inside is financed by advertising , which is not directly related with the goods on sale
Art.5 Souk has the only recreational and cultural aim
Art.6 Souk is uniformed on the ethical principles explicated on the 8th of June 2001 law n. 231
Art.7 each participant is supposed to follow the joyamo’s regulatory and ethical conditions
Art.8 it’s possible to enter on the Souk loggin into Joyamo and the section follow the 196/2003 law’s regulatory
Art.9 any good sold on the Souk is property of the vendor
Art.10 any part of this regulatory will be edited both anytime will be changed the virtual groups public regulation, and depending on technical issues
